AIC-EMPI organized a session for start-ups on Future of Electric Vehicle and Small Unmanned Aerial Vehicle by Mr. Siddharth Sivaraman, Chief Business Officer, Andhra Pradesh Aerospace & Defence Electronics Park (APADE). He has been a part of the CII defence team where he set up the Defence Advisory and Consultancy Services. He started in his career in the US in 1997 after finishing his Masters from the Prestigious School of Advance International Studies (SAIS) Johns Hopkins University. While in the US he worked on the business development of High Altitude Airship technologies with Lt. Gen James Alan Abrahamson. Currently, Mr. Sivaraman is also Strategic Advisor at Kadet Defence Systems, Kolkata that supplies aerial targets and unmanned systems to the Indian Military. He is passionate about the UAV sector and spends considerable time educating the government and the private sector on the benefits of UAV technologies in the coming future.
